The work portrays the unceasing flow of existence and the never-ending journey of fear and anxiety that extends beyond the physical space. Here, a personal depiction of “infinite” involves the experience during sleep or anesthesia, where I cannot move my limbs, feeling paralyzed and constantly drawn into an ever-changing tunnel that I can see no end of. The feeling of dizziness and disorientedness, as if I were on a roller coaster, resembles the rolling ball on a track. The wire track of spiral shapes and the rolling ball represent an everlasting journey beyond reality. Usage of dim colors and dark, mysterious audio amplifies the feeling of fear and anxiety. Along with this internal concept of infinity, this video itself has a seamless connection between the end and the beginning, making it loop forever.
